Hah... ini baru intro sahaja..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Mari kita ambil contoh yang mudah. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Pendapatan vs perbelanjaan dalam sebulan. Berapa ramai antara kita membuat analisis kewangan pendapatan sebulan. Saya rasa tidak ramai. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Antara faktor-faktor yang perlu anda ambil sebagai kiraan adalah:- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;1. Pendapatan bersih &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;2. Perbelanjaan tetap (ansuran rumah, kereta, insurans* dll) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;3. Perbelanjaan anjal (barangan keperluan dapur, petrol, tol, persekolahan anak-anak dll) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;4. Cukai pendapatan &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;5.
